A more subdued leather, our Freeport bonded leather sports a long-grain mixed with pockets of a shorter, more natural grain. Its matte finish enhances a smooth and muted texture that feels wonderful to the touch.
Monhegan - Soft, slightly textured finish

Caring for Your Leather
Leather is a beautiful, durable material when cared for properly. Our bonded leather is best cared for through normal handling. Your hands provide the natural oils that nourish most leather. Our bonded leather is tanned specifically with special oils that replace the need to apply any creams or waxes. For normal dirt and spills, use a soft washcloth dampened with lukewarm water and some sort of mild detergent. Once clean, dry your leather with a clean towel. Do not use alcohol, cleaning solvents, oils, varnishes, or polishes. Avoid extreme temperatures.

Leather Journal (Navy Color) 1 people found this helpfulI have over a decade collection worth of diary entries throughout my young adult life. Don’t know where my life would be without them. People see a therapist to help them make sense of their lives, but I think writing in a journal can be equally beneficial. Even billionaires journal their thoughts, feelings, goals and most internal revelations. For me previous journals did not last. The backings would fall apart, the pages would get stained and the books were stiff so carrying them around in my briefcase was challenging. When I discovered this product, I like the feel, size and color options. The leather is luxurious, and the pages are rich. I’ve already finished one journal and purchased another and I see no damages or issues. The quality is beyond five star and feels world-class. Should I say also there are competitors who try to mirror this company’s product and charge double to triple. I paid $36 for the Journal, which wasn’t cheap considering the last one was just under $30. But it lasts a year and it’s more important for me to have something that will survive. The lines are right and the spacing is right and everything about it is just functional.

Glad to discover they are still being made and available on line and the different color choices are very nice. Purple and green are new cover colors for me and are very nice. Well constructed and take ink very well and around 190 pages (front & back) you get your money's worth!
